National POW/MIA Recognition Day September 21, 2012



 
Today marks the recognition of National POW/MIA Recognition Day. It's the day when our nation  honors those service members who endured captivity and whose remains have yet to be recovered. Over 80,000 veterans remain missing to this day. They served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. They will not be forgotten.

"Murph: The Protector" Opens October 6, 2012




Lt. Michael Patrick Murphy, Navy SEAL, was the first person to receive the Medal of Honor for his actions in Afghanistan.

Lt. Murphy was killed on June 28, 2005. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor in 2007.

"Murph: The Protector," a full-length documentary based on his extraordinary life, will premier in NY City on Oct. 6, 2012.
